How to Add a Manager

A selected team manager can add employees and manage their requests. However, they can’t access confidential information or modify their schedule as an Administrator can. A manager only has privileges for the teams assigned to them.

  1. Open the Voilà! Web console.
  2. Navigate to the Settings > General Settings.
  3. In the managers section, select Add a new Manager.
  4. In the search bar, type in the name of the desired team member you wish to appoint and select him/her to appoint as manager.
  5. Next, select the teams you want this person to manage.
  6. Save.
  7. Voilà!
