Adding a Manager

A selected team manager can add employees and manage their requests. However, they can’t access confidential information or modify their schedule as an Administrator can. A manager only has privileges for the teams assigned to them.

  1. Open the Voilà! web console
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select the Roles tab.
  4. Over the Managers section, click on the “+” icon to add New Manager.
  5. In the Search bar, type in the name of the team member you want to appoint as manager.
  6. Check off the teams you want them to manage.
  7. Voilà!
