Adding an Administrator

Delegate schedule management to an administrator who can manage teams and employee requests. Note: They will also have access to employee’s confidential information.

  1. Open the Voilà! web console
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Roles (not on top of page on app).
  4. In the Roles section, tap the “+” icon at the top right corner.
  5. In the pop-up, select New Administrator.
    • In the search bar, type in the name of the desired team member you wish to appoint and select him/her to appoint as Administrator.
  6. Voilà!
