How to Add an Administrator

Delegate schedule management to an administrator who can manage teams and employee requests. Note: They will also have access to employee’s confidential information.

  1. Open the Voilà! Web console.
  2. Navigate to the Settings > General Settings.
  3. In the administrators section, select Add a new administrator.
  4. In the search bar, type in the name of the desired team member you wish to appoint and select him/her to appoint as Administrator.
  5. Save.
  6. Voilà!
