Approving changes in the availability of your employees ensures that you are aware of them. Once approved, these availabilities will apply when the next schedules are created, preventing available employees from receiving invitations to shifts that are not of interest to them, and from being invited to those for which they are available and qualified.
- Open the Voilà! web console.
- Head to the Requests tab.
- Click on the Availability Requests tab.
- Click on the availability to approve.
- Confirm the minimum and maximum hours desired by the employee, the date on which the changes will take effect and availability.
- Click Approve.
