Log time to an employee’s timesheet

Sometimes, an employee is requested to work even if he was not on schedule. Whether it is to cope for a missing colleague or land a hand to help you get more work done, you will need to make sure not to forget to may that extra pair of hands.

To do so, you will probably want to add those extra hours directly to the employee’s timesheet so it further gets sent to your payroll.

  1. Open the Voilà! web console
  2. Select the Timesheets Tab.
  3. Click on the purple timesheet icon at the far right of the employee in question.
  4. Click on Add unscheduled time.
  5. Enter all the required information for the shift worked by the employee.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Voilà!

Note: You can always modify your entry as long as the employee’s timesheet as not been approved.
