Prioritizing Employee Invitation Order for Shifts.

Reward your most loyal employees by giving them top priority in choosing a shift. Follow the steps below for automating their priority on the list:

1. Open the Voilà! web console
2. Click on the Settings Tab.
3. Select the Teams Tab.
4. In Invitations, choose the order you want employees to be invited to an open shift. You can also decide that all employees are invited at the same time.
5. Ignore scheduling conflicts by activating the button provided for this purpose.
6. Set the shift invitation period. This period represents the allocated time given to an employee that signifies their interest in taking a shift before the next employee is invited to take it.
7. Save your changes by clicking Modify.
8. Voilà!
