Timesheets are the core of Voilà’s time and attendance module. They let you identify discrepancies between planned shifts and the actual time worked by employees at a glance. Your timesheets are also where you can make the last adjustments before proceeding with employee payroll in order to be sure everyone is paid what they are entitled to.
To view your timesheets:
- Open the Voilà! web console
- Select the Timesheets Tab.
- Use the date and arrows at the top of the screen to navigate from one week to the next.
- Use filters to define the group of employees you wish to see.
To see the details of an employee’s time on a specific date, click on the time shown on said date.
To view the detailed timesheet of a single employee, or to modify an employee’s timesheet, click on the purple timesheet icon at the far right of the employee in question.
A red clock indicates that an employee was absent or forgot to clock in or out from his shift.
A yellow clock indicates that an employee was late, in advance or clocked in outside of his work location
